Buyer scam or package stolen?

I am having an issue with an item I sold to a buyer who opened a case. Tracking the package directly from eBay lists the item as shipped and has been for about 2 weeks now. However, I copied & tracked the numbers directly on the USPS website and it is listed as DELIVERED. So either the buyer is fabricating a story OR his/her package was stolen from a porch pirate. Now I don't wanna lose this case I have absolutely no control of. It's not fair at all.

Upload the tracking number to the claim. As long as it shows delivered you're covered.

If the claim is found against you since eBay's system is not reading tracking updates from USPS, you can appeal the ruling. You are definitely covered when there's a delivery scan to the address on the order and you respond to the claim on time.

GLORIOUS!
