Accidentally paid twice to ship same item. How do I get a refund for one of my shipping labels.

I brought up the shipping label for an item item I sold but then accidentally logged out without printing the label.  Went back in to (Ithought) print the same label but the label that came up was a totally different label for the same item & now I need to get a refund for one of the labels.  How do I contact an ebay agent to do that for me?

Here's how to void a shipping label you printed on eBay:

1. Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
2. Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
3. Choose your reason for voiding the label.
4. Select Send request.

Voiding a label is easy peasy.

Go into your Seller Hub Overview.

Click the Orders Tab , click Shipping Labels 

In the next page locate the item that has a label you want to void.

Click the Actions drop down menu, next click void. 

In the next page select reason for voiding then send 
request. . You have 5 days from date of purchase to void a label.
