5 Months and no product

Ordered 2 bluetooth sets from 12deeping and it has been 5 months with no product. The seller keeps saying "logistics delay" please wait longer. What is my recourse now? Ebay won't do anything as it is past the 30-day guarantee time

If you paid with Paypal, immediately go there and open an INR case.
If you didn't use Paypal but paid with a credit card, open an INR case with your credit card.
Do not let any seller try to talk you into waiting more than the allotted refund time for your items. That only ends badly, with no money and no product for you.

Why didn't you file for refund after 2 or 3 weeks? Why wait 5 months? The seller is just stringing you along. Don't be timid, assert yourself.
