It looks like there's a problem with this listing. To maintain a safe trading environment, eBay places limits on the number of categories sellers can list in. Currently, you do not have required permission to sell in this category.

Anyone found solution for this?

You were trying to sell something that requires permission to sell.

Masks, hand sanitizer anything pandemic related.

There might also be a baby food limitation since the US has a shortage and it's essential.   

I had a problem trying to sell mascara, because the bots kept picking it up as a mask.  A callback to customer service and it was taken care of.

This policy applies to All who attempt to sell something that you need permission to sell.  It is for the safety of the Ebay platform.

Yes, You are right all Indian Sellers are facing this issue.

This thread is almost 6 months old. The OP, @believeinusa , is now selling in about 15 main categories on eBay, so it would appear that they did get through this issue.

Most likely, their limits were increased as they gained more experience in selling. That usually works, as long as they don't get issues or problems with fulfilling their transactions.
