what is the best way to sell items that a buyer wishes to make an offer on all the items at once?

They can't offer on a batch of items at one hit they have to make offer one by one on each item, and you have to accept or counter each item one by one. You have to be mindful if you are going to combine or not as far as the shipping goes you may have to give a little bit of $ back if you do combine. If you don't combine warn the buyer that items may arrive at different times.

They would have to be sold all together in 1 listing.  Otherwise, individual offers on each one listed.

I make a new listing.

Include all the items pictures.

The title will read something like,   "Special listing for my friend in Tim-Buk-Tu"

You can make the BIN for whatever price you've agreed to for the lot.
