Could someone please help me with this issue...I am a top rated seller that has been on ebay since 2000. Recently my home flooded due to hurricane Florence. I was unable to get to my inventory and have 15 packages that have late uploads. My account is scheduled to lose top rate seller status on Dec. 20 as a result of this. After numerous calls to ebay and also speaking with a supervisor i was told these late shipments could NOT come off until my account went below top rated and at that time i could call and get this issue forwarded to the "relevant team" who could possibly remove them and this could take up to 72hrs. This is totally unfair to me since this was completely out of my control. Thanks for your input.
