Next to the "bell" in your upper right hand corner, there is "MyEbay" with a Black drop-down arrow.  Click that arrow and choose "selling".

It will take you to your Seller Hub

A bit of an addition to the above answer...........you have to be on an "ebay" listing page to use that bell........the one here on the discussion boards is for something different.  Sigh

Actually, you can be on your home page, summary page, message page - it does not have to be a "listing page"

If you go to your e-Bay landing page, you will see the "My Ebay" with a drop down menu.  Click "selling" and you will land on your Seller Hub overview page.
