can i add bin to the free auctions without incurring any more fees?

The free auction-format insertions that you get as part of your Store subscription do not include a free Buy It Now option.  The basic fees page for stores shows the fee for the BIN option, which ranges from 5 to 25 cents based on the BIN price:

Sometimes eBay's special offers for additional free listings will include a free BIN option for stores.
