new international selling program

I do not sell internationally for many reasons.  I am not about to start now.

When this new program is instituted, will I be able to OPT OUT ?

But...as per ebay SOP, you can't opt OUT until they opt you IN.

Thank you !   I am an OLD woman and ebay keeps throwing all this "new and improved" stuff

at me.  Makes me nervous.  I am tired of having to learn supposed improved versions etc.

when things are going well enough AS IS for me.  I sell one-of-a-kind old/vintage artworks and

international selling does not make my life easier since you lose all tracking as soon as an item

leaves US boundaries.

It will be interesting to see if this holds. I OPT'ed out in advance and set my seller preferences to exclude all countries but the US and so far it's holding and I have not been modified but I have to check about once a week just to be sure.
