goods sold to singapore, buyer or seller pay tax GST?

The is a US community discussion forum.  You are located in Malaysia.  It may be a good idea to find out what applies in your country as all countries have different laws concerning taxes, tax laws and what is required as a vendor or a buyer.

Singapore is one of the countries that eBay collects local taxes for (also UK, EU, Norway, Australia and maybe a few more).

The tax is added to your order total which is paid by the buyer, you as the seller will be paying fees on the order total which includes the tax but the buyer pays the tax.
