How can I add a few more words to a positive feedback I made for a buyer?

You can't.

You can't edit or change feedback you have left.

If you are talking about the buyer who just left you a neg, including any negative comments in the feedback you would leave would have been a violation of the eBay feedback policy.

Maybe you can convince the buyer they are wrong and then send them a feedback revision request.

Or if the negative feedback violates policy you might be able to have eBay remove it.

You can't change the feedback you already left, but you can add a followup comment.
