You have to wonder why they bother.

My latest one word is "satisfied"

I could respond with "me too".

Just go on with what you are doing.

I have gotten feedback that obviously was not for what the person purchased from me.

No biggie.

I'd probably say something like "Thank you so much for being a customer" Nice enough.

Why provoke the customer who was probably not too happy with the product? It might prompt them to follow up with something you won't like. As long as it is positive feedback, let it go. It will soon disappear to the next page.

I received one not to long ago myself, I wouldn't poke at the buyer .
It's not a negative . Leave well enough alone.

@cristian3_6 - I've had some buyers leave one-word feedback comments like that for me too, which at first kinda upset and puzzled me.

However, someone suggested I go and look and see what the buyer had left for other sellers. Maybe "ok" is the standard way this particular buyer *always* responds.

Sure enough, in most cases where the buyer's feedback was what I would call on the "lean side," they left the same sparse feedback for others. Just their way.

As far as how to respond. Up to you whether you leave any feedback since it's not mandatory. But, if the transaction went smoothly, if I were you, I'd just leave the standard "generic" / thank you feedback you always do. No reason not to, really...
