ebay phone & chat support not available anymore?

Help & Contact pages all normal except when you get to the point of it all to have them call you there's no option anymore. So I opened the chat & typed in AGENT. All I was offered was to email them. No chat & no phone. Have they done away with phone AND chat support? I'm in the US & it's 3:30 pm on a weekday, if that matters.

They have been gone for some time. You're in the right place though. If you get there early enough in the day, the chat is available. But I bet they are too busy to answer it. Try earlier in the morning or send an email through the link and hope for the best!

Try reaching out on social media.  They have credible US CS agents that actually work for ebay and there have been many positive posts concerning their ability to help you.  Ebay customer service is a waste of time.  You might here from them, but probably won't.  Good luck to you.
