eBay won't allow me to list Madden NFL 21

Hi all!

After a hiatus, I'm back on eBay and listing. I am trying to list a copy of the Madden NFL 21 game and the eBay app will not allow me to do so. It claims the video game is in high demand and that I need to ensure I can fulfill the presale. Well... This is not a presale as the game was released one month ago, and my listing has actual photos of the product that I have in hand. Any way to bypass this error?

Just for kicks, try it on the desktop version and see if you get a different result. No idea whether you will, but it's worth a shot . . .
