eBay Incidental Reimbursement Credit Correction

I received a message about eBay Incidental Reimbursement Credit Correction and my card was charged USD 32.76 against an unknown invoice number. I chatted with ebay representative but he himself could not locate the charge anywhere. What exactly is happening?

I received this same message,mine said it was a credit. Im guessing I overpaid on 4 labels.
