eBay Fee Question

I sold a card yesterday for $627.55.  The amount of transaction fees showing on the Order details screen is just a bit over $138.  By my math that is 22%.  Since when was the eBay fee for sports cards 22%?  Is there anybody in the forum that can help me find a break down of those fees?  That amount is so high that I will have to change how I buy, which will both limit what is sold to me AND discourage me from trying to sell higher end cards on eBay.

     A few more pieces of information would help remember the FVF percentage is charge on the complete amount of the sale 

1. How much did the buyer pay for shipping?

2. How much did you pay for the actual label and any added insurance

3. Where is your buyer located? City/State

4. Are you promoting your listings?

     I you want to simply find the order details go to your sold items and locate the item which I assume is the one below. Click on the drop down menu and select View Order Details and that should provide you with all the fee information.
