Hi, I need some help with a really large fee I have been charged for an item that hasn't even sold!!! Is this right? I am not sure where Ebay think this money is coming from? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Has anyone used the new feature coupon offer to make to previous buyers? Any success with it? Sounds like a good idea. It's in the drop down on sold /shipped items. Allows sellers to get another shot at the buyer.
