Has anyone else had a customer who recieved a differnet confirmation of items ordered than what they actually ordered? We had a customer order a 3" size of an item. However Ebay sent them a confirmation of a 4" item as having been ordered. Of courst this then turned into a dispute of which we are now on the hook for. This dispite Ebay admitting that they don't know why the seller recieved the notice they did and confirmed the 3" sale.
I am puzzled why Ebay will not take responsibility for their software issue. Is this normal for Ebay? They seem to have no problem sending seller credits but they seem to want to screw the sellers. As if the $600+ per month we pay in fees is not enough.
