What happens when your global late shipment rates exceeds 5%?

I used to be a very active TRS but moved and started law school. I accumulated several late shipments before stopping selling from Feb-May, but started again in June at a low volume. With my old volume it put me around 2%. Now I sell 3-5 items a month a week instead of 60 and those late shipments have pushed my late shipment rate up to 20%. So... what happens?

I've been on time with 100% of the stuff I've shipped since coming back, but thats only about 20 items, so my rate has actually been climbing (from 10% to 24% then back to 20%) as months of 60 items at 2% late roll off. I've been above the 7% "we may follow up" level since I resumed selling and my sales seem OK.

eBay will, at least, lower your items in search and restrict your option to sell globally. The global metrics count as part of seller performance.  With fewer than 400 sales/yr, you are reviewed monthly on the last 12 months of transactions.  Below-standard sellers pay a 4% fvf surcharge.
