listed a number of items (new) Dec. 7 as well as a few re-listed ones at the same scheduled time.. happened to look in that category for "newly listed" and found the new items but not the relisted one.. hmm! did a broader search and found the relisted item... it showed "newly listed" but the date was May-18 not December 7...
So.. yes it is listed but not coming up in new items search which gives buyers a shot.. found this true with several other things I relisted so it looks like using the re-list feature is a waste of effort...
