Stop Automatic Offer Settings

Is there a way to turn off automatic offers?  I can do them individually but it is very time consuming to turn them off, especially when eBay has a way to send them in bulk.  I lowered the prices on many items that had automatic offers turned on and in some cases, the automatic offer is higher than the current price.  I do not want to do this item by item.
