Sold quantity is not showing

I am working on someone's eBay account. I reversed a sold item listing on eBay, but now the sold quantity is not showing after the reversal. It looks like a new listing. Can you please help me?

That's probably because if it was a one item listing, it would have ended when purchased.  So any "reversal" of the purchase (canceling) would then show as a new listing.

Now if you had more than 1 on the listing, it should have remained available and show a sold quantity.

Listings can be set to not end when sold out, there is an option, but its not enabled by default.
