can I still ship internationally through the Kentucky hub? Are shipments grounded from the USA to Europe?

The latest announcement says eBay will put blocks in place for specific countries so you can keep the GSP option on your listing and it should still work for countries without those restrictions.

Shipping internationally under COVID-19

I haven’t been keeping updated myself on international shipping during the pandemic.

More generally, what about using USPS directly? Are they freezing out any countries from receiving packages? Like I’d hate to get an INR from a buyer in Italy who bought one of my items and hasn’t received it yet because of this.

bigdeals- this is the announcement I referenced in my above post- it's not on the announcements board, it's on that new board they added today.

The blocks are not specific to the GSP.

Shipping to countries without blocks that may experience delays- eBay hasn't said anything about what kind of protections they may or may not offer sellers when INRs are filed- at least not that I've seen. @Anonymous- is there any official word on this?

This is the Canada Post list -- but it seems to be based on countries which are not ACCEPTING incoming mail.

In Canada, some countries are blocked, and parcels will be returned (Cyprus, Chile, Mongolia...) and there are major delays for other places (Italy, China, etc). The delays are caused by lockdowns that are regional.

Since I don't know if a parcel is lost or just hasn't arrived yet, I blocked international shipping (except Canada because I live here), but as GSP's requirement is for the seller to get the package to Kentucky, I'd say you're safe with that sale.
