Shipping discounts

Has anyone noticed how ebay processes shipping discounts.  I have a shipping discount "free shipping" on all multiple item purchases over $30.  Buyers have been using the free shipping discount on single purchases over $30.  What am I doing wrong?

Assuming you doing this using a Promotional rule, the options are limited and in your case based on a $30 purchase price threshold only, regardless of whether a single or multiple order reaches it.

The fix is do not offer the promotion on any single item listed for $30 or more.

Something is awry in your parameters (setup) of the promotion. I am a little busy, but if I get a second I will look at mine.....I had a similar issue, but can't recall how I rectified it.....

(I recall putting 2 or more in a box somewhere though)

Yes, you can do it by the minimum number of items purchased, but that then removes the $30 threshold.  And as far as I know you can't combine promotional rules, it is either one or the other.
