Shipping calculated too low by eBay?

I have an item that is listed as weighing 4 ounces plus a 30 cents handling fee - they paid only $1.91 for a first class package, how did that happen? That would be calculating 1.61 before the handling fee.

$1.61 is the postage cost for a 4-ounce First Class flat (AKA Large envelope).  This would happen if the shipping calculator drop-down menu for "Package type" was set to Large envelope rather than to Package/thick envelope.

I hope it's a flat envelope when you mail it or the Post Office will charge you back the additional $1.16 difference for the package rate.
