Three months ago a friend just beat us to 2300+ old jazz LPs. He read the newspaper before me and called first. Paid $800 and has netted $2000+ on 13 sales so far. Would have been nice.

Why is it that a bidder is allowed to cancel a bid? I realize they have to ask me to cancel it, but that should result in some sort of penalty for them. I am tired of bidders asking me to cancel their bid because they "bid on the wrong one" . BALONEY...

Why the high fees on this sale?

Yesterday I sold an item for $385.00. eBay added $32.15 tax for a total of $417.15. From that amount I was charged $57.13 for transaction fees and $58.40 for Ad fee general for a total of $269.47. How can ebay take $115.53 from a $385 sale? Wow!
