Hello,
After exhaustive searching, I am unable to find a way to list all active listings that have received offers from buyers.
I am specifically interested in offers from buyers that were auto-declined.
Can this be done? Is this a pointless endeavor?
Thank you!

I don't know of a way to run any type of query like that through the tools provided here on eBay.
You can look at the offers for each listing.
Perhaps if you told us your goal, or what you are trying to accomplish the members could help you accomplish it in another way?

Thanks for the response.
Looking at each listing is time consuming and tedious for more than a handful of listings.
I would like to know when offers are auto-declined so I can quickly follow up with the buyer. My minimum offer might be flexible.

Then couldn't you accomplish that same goal by removing the auto-decline feature from your listings?

Yes. I'm just looking for a little more flexibility.
As an example: An item lists at $100 with $50 minimum offer. Buyer offers $40 and is auto-declined.
Depending on my mood and the position of Mars, I may think $40 is good enough.

That may have been a poor example.
