Removing paypal account emails

When I go to sell an item it let's me choose the PayPal account (by selecting an email) that payment can be made to by the buyer.  Both of the email options are no longer active PayPal accounts and haven't been for some time.  When I link to the PayPal Account from my eBay account settings it take me to the CORRECT PayPal Account.  When eBay customer service contacted they had no idea where the two email addresses are maintained (they are not in PayPal and they apparently there is no way to maintain them in eBay).  Effectively, I cannot sell on eBay and they can't tell me why.

 Both of the email options are no longer active PayPal accounts and haven't been for some time.  

If that is the case, when you go to list an item, you can change the Paypal email account for receiving payments.

If you have active listings now that include Paypal accounts no longer active, you need to REVISE those listings and change the Paypal email address for receiving payments.
