Removing negative feedback

A buyer agreed to remove a negative feedback he left for me but neither of us know how to go about it. Any suggestions?

I go to Seller hub, then click "feedback". Scroll to bottom of page and click "feedback revision request". Follow the steps. This is for the desktop site, not mobile. I don't use the mobile app for much, it's useless when it comes to things like this.
