Promoted listings fee - deducted right away when items sells or comes in the monthly invoice?

Right away. I don't think there is anything the invoice monthly anymore. The store fees just got rolled into the MP payments a couple of months ago. I think that was the last fee that got pulled out of monthly invoicing.
