Please help with item specifics.

I have most of my item specifics filled out but not every single recommended one. My sales up through April were not bad but since then it's tumbleweeds. First, do you think not having every single recommendation filled out is causing a drop in sales that started in April? Second I am an LP seller. One of the item specifics I have avoided filling out is the inlay condition. Does the inlay condition mean the inside of the carboard sleeve or the printed inner sleeve? Also if it refers to the printed inner sleeve and an item does not have the inner sleeve there is no option for that so what do I do?

Recommended is not required.  You can pass on those if you wish.  Nobody reads them anyway.

Yes it refers to the printed inner sleeve.  If you don't have one just leave it blank unless there's a star next to it you can just ignore it. Or if its gonna bother you you can usually type in your own text, so Ill usually put "N/A" for Not Available.
