Playing a recorded music on Ebay lising

I've already registered on ecommerce player and it indicates that all the steps are completed. I've recorded the sound from a 45 record. How to I get put it on my listing?

create an .mp4 with an image of some sort with the audio as the soundtrack and upload as a video?

• MP4 file types- MPEG-4 Part 10 or Advanced Video Coding (MPEG-4 AVC)

• Listings with variations do not support videos
