Paypal affected by the cold? 2 hours still waiting for rep to answer.

Always loved Paypal but this afternoon has me wondering. 2 hours and still going with no representative.

Problem solved. I was transferred to Paypal from eBay. So not sure which department I was sent to, why the 2 1/2 hour wait for a rep. I hung up. Called Paypal back directly and I was connected immediately. However, Paypal problem not solved with Transaction finder.
