The funds for several of my sold items are on hold until 1 day after confirmed delivery. I purchased and printed the postage via eBay and I used the Royal Mail 2nd class large letter service. I noticed that eBay automatically added tracking info to the transaction details, but Royal Mail doesn't offer delivery confirmation for this service.
Am I missing something, or am I correct in thinking that the "tracking" will never show confirmed delivery and that my funds will be forever stuck in limbo?

You may have better luck asking on the UK boards.
This is the US boards and since most of us in the US do not send packages Royal Mail you may get a better answer from people who do mail that way.

Hi,
THis is another of ebays tricks to scam sellers out of money. You will get paid out but only after the buyer leaves feedback or 30 days pass and no claim has been raised.
This will happen for the first 90 days of signing up for the latest scam, ebay payments.
Sorry, we all got caught out.

Must be a UK thing, never heard of a 90 day hold here or in Australia.
New sellers here can face a 21 day hold that is about all
