We applied last May and it has been processing with no response all this time.  I was denied when I went through a private lender because I did not have proof of payroll.  Can anyone suggest a lender who works with eBay since we are using eBay pay?

Are you paying employees?  If you have employees and pay them, then you should have the appropriate paperwork for payroll. 

That loan was pretty much geared to business's to retain employees and pay them rather than putting them on unemployment.

You  should look at the requirements again.  It very clearly states that 60% of the loan must be used for payroll.

I do not know what kind of documentations they asked you for but with me it was my scheduled C and they could see my payroll.
