@danamonticek222   What are you concerned about?  if you list Auction style they don't apply.  If you list Fixed price you only use those listings equal to the items you list.  The offer does not mean you HAVE to list 50,000 items ...

If you live them active to be renewed next month, then yes you will get charged a listing fee or it will come from you normal monthly allotment.  

The 50,000, just like every other listing promo is for a limited time.  All you need to remember to do is actually read the email you get on any promo you get so you know the terms of that promo.  They do tell you.
