HI, I NEED HELP FROM YOU GUYS, I BEEN  A LONG TIME SINCE I STOPPED SELLING, AND I  WANT TO  SELL AGAIN, BUT I DONT FIND ANYWHERE  THE RECENT FEES ON SHIPPING PRICES ON PRIORITY MAIL PACKAGES  HERE IN USA.

 LARGE PRIORITY MAIL BOX

MEDIUM PRIORITY MAIL BOX

 AND  PRIORITY MAIL  PADDED AND REGULAR  ENVELOPES.

Note that the FRB rates may not be the lowest for lightweight items; zoned rates may be lower to nearby destinations.  Also consider the Regional A and Regional B boxes, charged at zoned commercial rates for 2 lbs. and 5 lbs., respectively.

You might want to print a personal zone chart to identify which zip codes are in each zone, based on your location:

You do not really need to know "rates" if you use calculated shipping, and print your own shipping labels.   Just enter the pre-packed box size and weight, and the calculator does the rest.  You may not be aware of it, but the USPS has started a random checking of postage paid vs weight & size to see if people are underpaying for postage.  You could get caught up in it, if you send a package weighing 1lb 1 oz, and you only enter 15oz, to keep the shipping cost below the 1lb rate increase. 

One more thing you should be aware of if you haven't sold in over a year, and that is PayPal's 21 day payment hold.  You will be considered a new seller again, so the hold will be in place for your first several sales, unless you have kept a running balance in  your PayPal account.

Go to PayPal and click on the Help button. On the next page type Payment Holds into the topic Search box, to find out how to deal with the hold, and get your funds released sooner.   Good Luck!

Definitely look into the Regional Rate boxes. They are a better deal than the Flat Rate boxes in many circumstances.
