I have some old note of 5 rupees.

Five rupees are worth about 60 cents in US money.  You couldn't even buy a head of cabbage with that.   To get the most out of it trade locally, barter if needed.  Some old notes may be worth more but that does not mean all.  If there are some of high value they will have been subject to counterfeiting so beware.

Have you signed on for managed payments with Payoneer? If not you need to register the account you just created today so you can be paid.  FYI  You cannot advertise sales on this forum.  It is a rule breaker.  Get your account set up and go from there.
