No Notification for my EBAY COUPON

So I kept waiting and waiting for my email notification as to when my $25 Store coupon would be available.  Today 9.29.17  I came here and started searching through the boards for  an answer. Someone said to do this.

• Go To My Ebay Selling Manager (this is the old version)
• Click Manage My Store
• Scroll down to near bottom of page to SUBCRIBER DISCOUNTS....CLICK IT
• You'll see eBay Shipping Supplies
• Click See DetailsTHERE WILL BE YOUR COUPON.

I called ebay and asked why I didn't receive my email and they said they are aware of the problem and would extend the offer for me if I missed it.

The dates for the coupons to arrive are quartly starting

1. January
2. April
3. July
4. October

You don't need to wait for an email. I get enough useless emails about things I already know already.

I don't recall ever getting an email, but I start looking when I know I'm due a coupon.  They are always there but they don't make it easy to find them.

I always figured the current quarter's coupon is usable through the last day of the month, and next quarter's on the following day.

I have gotten 2 emails about them and that's when I used them. I never would have found it had I not saw the message on the board.
