New Selling Tool

Seems that EB has changed their selling tool so that now it is impossible to edit an individual listing because the "format" is greyed out.  Now you have to use "actions" and then change.  I discovered this after days of telephone and chat.  This is a mess.  Just wanted to make you aware  in case this will save you from a similar experience in dealing with the new selling tool designed to "help" you apparently.

I don't see it as saving me anything, another road block and trimming delays

"Edit" is the first thing that comes up on active listings for me (?)

Not sure why anyone would call CS over this - they don't write the formatting and have no power to change it. Seems like it would just add to the aggravation.
