Hello my fellow eBayers!
my customers orders got mixed up. Labels were mixed up.
What is the best way to fix ??

Do the math. Is it worth it for you to pay return shipping and then pay to reship? If not apologize, refund and move along. Create a better system to prevent such mix-ups. Some buyers might want to keep the accidental item and get a refund. Some buyers might be willing to reship for you to the correct address, some will not.

Were they shipped out and when?

They were shipped out, on Saturday.

The buyers still want the items.
I said I would refund the shipping to ship back to me and then I will ship out to the correct buyer.

Better to send prepaid labels than arrange a refund. You can go to pirateship.com, create a free account, and generate the labels. While you can use your own return address, you'll want to make sure the ship from address matches your buyer.
Another way is to have the buyers open return requests then provide return labels through the eBay returns, refund upon receipt, then relist and buyers repurchase.
