Minimum time to re-list an unpaid item

I just noticed that I get a new prompt in the blue box to cancel & re list. This is done by EBAY.  I have not seen this before this year. How many day before EBAY allows this.  It looks like about 7 days however is this official. Thanks.

That doesn't seem to be a proper prompt to encourage sellers to use unless the buyer requested to cancel.  I don't know if it is new or not, because I file the unpaid item case before that much time passes.

I'm sure it looks proper to ebay - after all, it would cause a seller defect.

Six days is the minimum time for US sellers to open and close an unpaid item dispute - two days after sale, with four more days for the buyer to make payment.

I've never seen that cancel button, but I only get two or three unpaids a year, so if it's something new I wouldn't have seen it.
