When I add a few new listings, I always go to
Manage Promotions page - and use the arrow to drop down to go to edit
Within the last couple of hours it has not been available, not on my pc or my IPad.
I called ebay to report the tech problem - CSR said go to active listings page, hit box and look above to hit "sell it faster" - there is a 'promote' there, hit it..
but I get the error message: "Uh-oh! NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource."
Seems like ebay is making changes again.
Anyone else having this problem?
