Now that paypal holds all fee's from transactions, even when the buyer cancels a few minutes after purchase. I was wondering what others feel about that. I personally have had about $2500 in transaction cancellations this calendar month before the item has even shipped. I also have around $4000 in false INAD'S. I understand this puts Paypal on par with other processors, but the rate of cancellations and false INAD'S on ebay has been heading higher and higher each month for the last 3 years or so. Just curious how others deal with some of it. Thanks
