Late shipment

I provide a mail in repair service and the customer has to mail me their circuit board in for repair which makes some of my shipping times late. One of my customers just mailed me their board months later and ebay no longer has their shipping information or the option for me to buy shipping through ebay. How do I ship their circuit board back and mark it as shipped?

ebay no longer has their shipping information Go to your Managed Payments screen and download a report. https://www.ebay.com/sh/acc That will display the buyer's address. You will need Open Office or Excel to view the report.

If there is no option to print a label, you can go to Paypal or Pirate Ship to purchase and print a label. Otherwise, go to the retail counter of your preferred shipper and have them create the label.

How do I mark it as shipped? Go to your All Orders screen. https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS Click on ADD TRACKING and enter the tracking number. After 90 days, Sold Items are archived and it is not possible to add tracking numbers.

You won't be selling here too much longer if you continue to be 'late' on shipments out. 

You need to change your 'handling' time from 5 days to 30 days, and be sure to 'ship back' within that time period from the MOMENT a buyer buys. If you don't receive the item back within 3-7 days, cancel and refund the sale.
