Back in August I made an offer on an item to buyers using the Send Offers Eligible page in Seller's Hub. The item then displayed on the Send Offers-Sent page as it should. The user did not respond and the offer expired. Normally, the item then disappears from the Send Offers-Sent page. However, I have had this one item (candlesticks) listed on the Send Offers-Sent page ever since then (it is now late October). It disappeared for a couple days when I made an offer to buyers on another item (bowls), but when that second item expired and disappeared, the candlesticks listing re-appeared in the Send Offers-Sent page. Any idea how why the Send Offers-Sent page is not cleaning up properly?
