I have a buyer who paid for 3 listing of the same item, how do I ship in 1 box?

A buyer bought 3 of my listings and they are the same thing. How do i print 1 label for all three orders? They are all going to same address. Thanks.

On your Sold (my eBay) or Orders (seller hub) page check the box next to each listing and click print shipping labels at the top. You will be able to print 1 label for all 3 orders as long as the buyer used the same account to buy all 3.

If the account names are all different - a jumble of letters and numbers - then the buyer checked out as a guest and I believe you will need to ship all 3 items separately with 3 different tracking numbers.

I use one order, print the shipping label, get the delivery confirmation number,

and then Add that delivery confirmation number to the remaining two orders, after marking them manually as 'shipped'.

That way all three show shipped and have the same dc number to track.

I'm not sure that way works if they've been paid separately though.

And as noted, if they bought 3 times with a different guest account each time, can't combine them anyway.
Reality is the leading cause of stress.

As long as they used the same account it does work if they paid separately.

This will work if you are shipping USPS.  If you are shipping FedEx or UPS as stated, print the label for one item (adjusting the box size and weight as necessary) and then add the tracking number to the other two items.  You shouldn't have to mark them as shipped, adding the tracking number automagically does that (99 times out of 100).

As stated, if the buyer used guest accounts you likely will not be able to add the tracking numbers from the first label to the 2nd and 3rd item, so check that first.

I haven't used eBay labels for awhile, but it you use Stamps.com you should be able to combine the 3

You lose the EBay discount, but I’m “pretty sure” PayPal has a way to both combine and split orders.

Ah, yes. I love how easy EBay has become with using Smartphones (app or not)!

There is no such thing as an eBay discount.

Well what you do is as follows

1. get a slightly bigger box than normal

2. With one hand take one item and place it in.

3. With that same hand again, place the second one in the box but make sure

there is padding. so it wont band together

3. Then with that same hand again place some more padding , pick

up the 3rd item and put that in as well..

Then close the flaps down on the top of the box and seal it up so things

dont fall out...Adress the box and then take to the post office...

You have then done it.......Wasnt that easy????
