I can't type in the microdeposit field AT ALL

I see the two microdeposits in my bank. I am going to the "Verify your bank account page". Then it asks me to enter both deposit amounts. I am trying to type using Numpad and the regular number part of the keyboard but it just stays at $0.00. I tried two different browsers on my PC and tried from within the app on my iPhone. No matter what, I cannot change the number fields from $0.00.

If your amounts are less than $1 remember to put the point in front of the number.  For example .50 or .15.  Remember the decimal point.  See if that works.

I can't edit any of the numbers. No matter what I type or where put my cursor in the box. I can highlight everything, type anything but no avail.

did you try closing, reopening the browser........or trying a different browser?

If what @dhbookds doesn't work.  Try clearing your cache and cookies too.  If none of that works, you are going to have to contact Ebay.

Your options will be on the left.  If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.  Not all options are available 24/7.  It will depend on staffing available.  So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't.  Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me.  If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

Yes, I'm having the same issue and switched to another browser and still have the issue...can't enter the microdeposits. What a waste of time this has been. What little I have done with ebay has really been a waste of time. I didn't realize how disorganized they were...its not worth the aggravation putting stuff on their site.

If it doesn't, try 0.50, put a zero before the point.

 

And if that doesn't work, contact Ebay.

 

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
