I am being charge 25 cents per auction after upgrading to a Basic ebay store

I upgraded to a Basic Ebay store because I was going to be going way over the 250 free listings on a regular account. So, it was worth it to upgrade to the basic store which gives you 1000 free listings per month. However, I am now being charged 25 cents per listing and I have plenty of free listings left to use this month.

I can't figure out why. Can someone take a look at the listing below and see if they see anything fee related?

Did you add anything to the listing? 

 "add-ons" to a listing are still charged

That's an auction-format listing in a category where stores do not get free auction-format insertions.  You can see the details here, including a link to the list of the "select" categories where you CAN use your 250 free auction-format insertions:

ebay change your policy we are already paying for the store promoted listings and final value fees when are you gonna make things right ?
