according to the boards here it seems some newcomers tend to not realize that ebay fees are based on the total of item price, shipping and taxes too.

Register in Sri Lanka as a business
Get a Payoneer account.
Sign up for Managed Payments and attach your Payoneer account so you can be paid.
It'll take a few weeks to get everything approved.

If you're given advice not to dropship listen to it.

Dropshippers don't tell you to end your listing when it's out of stock.

If you start out dropshipping when you have low feedback and  infrequent sales  your account won't be able to absorb the out of stock defects. Wait until you're well established as a seller before you open a store and dropship.
